I never tried rejecting anyone (or everyone to be fair), but it might be a fun experiment just to see how the game looks when you do that. I'm gonna try it.

Not really the reason this times. More Tracy/Jessy wasn't mean to be about incest, thus the (very) few scene that were they were removed by the dev.

If you mean the one at the beginning of EP7 (IMHO) then it is gone. They still kiss, but not on the mouth.
