anyone know why the 100 girlfriends episode wasn't released this week? It got caught up to 2 episodes behind in Feb and now it's behind three episodes again
@EverySportsAnime Likely due to some delay in dub production. We'll likely get double episodes this week to compensate. |

While I'm relieved they didn't use AI dubbing for Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc, it's worrisome that the English voice acting came off as though it was. |

I really don't get your complaint. The dub is fine.
@Mascimus I wasn't complaining, nor have I even seen the show or heard the dub. Just reacting to an earlier convo, where people were assuming it could have been an AI dub. Which has now been proven to not be the case thankfully. |

@wjbraden unfortunately they decided to wait till after all 25 episodes finished airing in sub for the dub to release. I think this was a very poor decision Netflix did |

I made a Calendar scraper for this thread & thought I would share it. The calendar is publicly visible so anyone can add it to their Google/Apple/Whatever calendar on their phone or whatever. It should automatically update twice a day so long as the format of the post stays the same. http://tiny.cc/AnimeDubCalendar It was made fairly quickly in spare time so there may be errors or problems. If there's any problems or errors that you notice please let me know. Question for the group! Premise: I made a calendar that gets the data from this thread & makes a Google Calendar with upcoming Air Dates. I'm trying to add to each event the service that it streams on. The MAL page for the shows does not always list the streaming sites. Sometimes the streaming sites listed might not stream the Dubbed version. Now for the Question: Does anyone know of a site that lists where the Dub is streaming? If not, does anyone know site pages for the streaming services that list the currently running dub series together in a list? If anyone wants to contribute or even leave suggestions the gitHub for the project is Anime Dub Calendar I'll work on giving instructions on setting it up if you want to run it independently with modifications, but as it currently is only used by me I haven't been prioritizing that, more focusing on getting it perfected. Some of the things I would be interested in is if people have better ideas for emojis for the streaming services. I've also considered making the event colors match the streaming services, but as most are on Crunchy I feel it will end up mostly a big orange list with occasional red, blue, & whatever colors splattered in it randomly. Definitely open to suggestions. |

@LostOnTheLine The best site I know for keeping track of where things are streaming at the moment is justwatch.com. Usually pretty up to date even with changed/dropped licenses, also separated by seasons with audio languages for each service listed. Though it doesn't always show available languages. It can depend on the service being referenced (*cough* Hulu *cough*) |

@DROO7 Thanks for the reply. JustWatch is similar to Trakt, Trakt actually uses JustWatch, I personally prefer Trakt as it has a better interface & it's easier to see quickly. I did notice that JustWatch seemed to show Loner Life listed as being on Apple TV+ but when you click the link it's just an ad & the show is not available on the server. The problem is that it does not show when the DUBBED episodes are airing, only the original run. For example https://www.justwatch.com/us/tv-show/loner-life-in-another-world https://trakt.tv/shows/loner-life-in-another-world What I need is a place to see where the Dub is airing. It needs to be a place that I can index so the script can look at the page & match it to a streaming service. I'm aware it is an unlikely thing to find, but I figured if anyone knew it would be people here. Alternatively if I had a list of Currently Streaming Dubbed Anime from each provider I could parse that together & it would work, it'd just take longer each run. Originally the script was looking up each anime on MAL to find the information but it make the script take over 5 minutes when it was right around 3 before. When trying to figure a way to make that better I realized there were links to the shows on the list & that saved almost 2 minutes. (The time is important because you only have 1,000 minutes of runtime each month for the free tier & I don't want to pay for a higher tier, so if it's updating once an hour that's 730 per month if it only takes 1 minute. I'm currently trying to get it down to less than 1:30, but I need to make a lot more cuts. I've cut it down to once a day but since I'd personally like it to update more frequently I'd prefer it to be hourly so whenever the post gets updated it's reflected immediately. So I'm trying to cut as much time as I can |

@LostOnTheLine The https://animeschedule.net API might be what you're looking for. All airing series can be returned in a single query via the timetables and it supports individual lookups as well. Each series has a streaming service listed and it is a direct link to the page on the streaming service. |

Just an example to verify I look for `Loner Life` because it has already finished airing & see that it is not on the calendar. It also seems to show shows that are airing not new episodes. It shows Detective Conan on Netflix, which it is not in the USA, as well as on amazon, which only has 5 seasons. I am specifically looking for a listing that shows where to watch the dub or that lists the services & notes if one is dubbed, or shows any way in which the Dub streaming sources can be scraped. Thank you for the attempt, but it won't work for my needs |

Question for the group!
Premise:
I made a calendar that gets the data from this thread & makes a Google Calendar with upcoming Air Dates.
I'm trying to add to each event the service that it streams on.
The MAL page for the shows does not always list the streaming sites.
Sometimes the streaming sites listed might not stream the Dubbed version.
Now for the Question:

If anyone wants to contribute or even leave suggestions the gitHub for the project is Anime Dub Calendar
I'll work on giving instructions on setting it up if you want to run it independently with modifications, but as it currently is only used by me I haven't been prioritizing that, more focusing on getting it perfected.

If I'd known about this I probably wouldn't have created one of my own, lol. It actually looks very similar to how mine was in the early stages, I moved away from having them as timed events because it became very cluttered & unreadable & since I stream the day was what mattered not the time, & the time we were pulling from MAL was the original air time in Japan, so it was not worth it. Do you know where that calendar gets it's times from? I'm a little dubious of their accuracy, but if they are real I could definitely use then to add times to my calendar. I actually started trying to have the same color for each streaming provider, but then everything ended up all orange because Crunchyroll was 80% of them, I'm actually trying to restructure mine & I think I'm going to have all the streaming providers EXCEPT Crunchyroll with a set color & all other colors used for the Hash pool for each show (Colors are currently determined by hashing the titles & selecting a color for the show based on the hash so every episode of the same show is the same color). I'm not liking the format, I can't see more than a couple letters of the show name because it says "7:30am #10 My Ha" I specifically chose Emojis to use to indicate Streaming Providers because I didn't want it taking up that precious space & have the episode number after for the same reason. It also doesn't look like it includes any of the upcoming or suspended shows. or the theatrical releases. I have those, though I'm trying to fix a bug to get them working again because it keeps timing out as it's getting the data so it keeps loosing the things on the end, but they will be back when I do. I also noticed it list "Hulu" for shows that are Disney properties becasue they can be watched on Hulu, even if they will show up on Disney+ before Hulu. Plus it looks like it's 9 short from the list here unfortunately. Anyway. Thanks a ton for sharing, hopefully I can find how they are getting their streaming sources so I can use it. It's the best I've seen so far |

@wjbraden unfortunately they decided to wait till after all 25 episodes finished airing in sub for the dub to release. I think this was a very poor decision Netflix did
I do wonder if ORB will get a dub I hope it does being it s NF realese and most do. |

Hulu is listing a dub for Synduality Noir to release on April 16, 2025! Based off the phrasing, it will be both Part 1 and Part 2 at the same time. If it hasn't been confirmed yet, Witch Watch will also be streaming its same day dub on Hulu. ------ Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League is now available for digital purchase on Amazon Prime Video! |

Baserleak said: I haven't seen or heard any confirmations yet, sorry. The word on the street is a Sentai cast unlike the first movie. I was hoping there would be a rent option right away so I could check, but alas. Any word on the cast members? ------- One Piece (Episodes 1109-1122 + 3 specials) has been released on Crunchyroll! It may take a few minutes for all the episodes to be properly formated. The dub has finally caught up to the sub! That being said, it's still unknown if they plan on dubbing the remastered Fishman Island arc or not. If they plan on skipping it, there's a decent chance that the One Piece dub will move to a weekly schedule, though it might be more than the normal 2 week gap. As of now it appears that the Microsoft license has expired since this newest batch went straight to Crunchyroll. All that being said, it's still too soon to know for sure what's going on and what's going to happen. One Piece: Fan Letter has been confirmed to be getting a dub! ------ All 13 episodes of Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku Arc have been released on Hulu! |

Why Synduality: Noir still not on the Upcoming Dubbed Anime? And also for the other news Bullet/Bullet anime is coming to Disney+ for Summer 2025 starting July 16, given the anime dub trend on Hulu/Disney+ this 2025 with a same-day dub for Ishura S2 and The Medalist with a backlog dubs in between, it is also possible this also gets a same-day dub as well, am I right? |
