i dont know how to put up a regular picture
(how do you do that) but seriously who is she?!
then how do you convert it into a picture you can post?
EDIT: 1. Right click on the image you want to copy. Click on save as. Give it a name and save as a jpeg/jpg image format.
2. From a pdf file: Open the image, right click the image. select the select tool. With your mouse select the entire image. Copy from edit menu. Open any image editor like Photoshop /Gimp/Paint. Open a new canvas. Paste the image. Save the image.
