Every country in the world not just South Africa prohibits civilians wearing military uniform that's just standard protocol. For your info in Zimbabwe you go to prison for this offence no questions asked, that's the law of that country. But the question is whether this real uniform or a copy for drama purposes. I don't think they have any access to military uniform so the question is who out there is selling your country's military uniform? I am sure as good citizens of your country you can report this to your authorities, so this mistake can be corrected.
